We send your prescription there and you create an account directly with them. Pricing is transparent and typically significantly lower than retail.
-
A subscription-based online pharmacy with an annual fee that ships directly to you. They have not had supply shortage issues and carry a wide range of hormone medications.
GLP-1 Medications
-
Ships directly to you. We send your prescription there. Check their site for current pricing as it updates frequently.
-
Cash pricing for oral or injectable Wegovy at any retail pharmacy of your choice. Check their site for the latest pricing..
FAQs
-
Refill requests are accepted through the Patient Portal or directly through your pharmacy. Please allow a minimum of 2 clinic business days. Refills are not processed outside of business hours (Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm), including weekends and holidays.
-
All new prescriptions are sent within 48 hours of the request.
-
It is your responsibility to call your pharmacy directly and request the transfer to your preferred location. The only exception is controlled substances, which must be transferred by your provider. To initiate a controlled substance transfer, message us through the portal with the new pharmacy's name, address, and phone number.
-
If your prescription was filled in a lesser quantity than prescribed, this is a supply issue on the pharmacy's end, not an error on ours. Contact your pharmacy directly to ask about availability or to request the remainder when stock is restored.
-
Controlled substance prescriptions are filled in compliance with DEA regulations, which includes required appointment frequency and documentation. Your provider will walk you through what this means for your specific medication.
