Perimenopause & Menopause
The year is 2026, and we do not practice menopause care from the early 2000s (looking at you outdated and mis-represented data).
Menopause care is not a one size fit all approach, and whether you are experiencing spontaneous menopause, surgical menopause, menopause due to chemotherapy, premature ovarian insufficiency, or early menopause - your treatment may vary.
We do not follow any protocols. We follow your story, our clinical experience, and the currently available guidelines and data.
You are not too young, nor too old, to experience the effects of menopause. Menopause is a spectrum, and the way in which it presents is very heterogenous. While menopause is not pathologic in nature, simply settling for “it’s natural” or it’s a “part of aging”, when you may be truly suffering is an unacceptable answer.
We meet women where they are at. Our approach is based in educating you and empowering you, looking at the full picture, and layering in a treatment paradigm that is centered on lifestyle, prevention, supplements, hormone therapy and non-hormone therapy pharmaceuticals.
Whether it is from bothersome obvious symptoms, vague or overlapping symptoms, our want to focus on overall health and prevention, we got you.
We enjoy straight forward menopause cases, and we also enjoy working with “complex” cases such as women who are high risk for breast cancer, cancer survivors, or other conditions in which women were told they are not able to take hormone therapy.
Our experience in menopause care is un-paralleled.

“I’ve never felt more seen and heard by a healthcare provider than I have with Christina. I was moved to happy tears when I realized that the seemingly small issues I had been dealing with could actually be addressed—and in ways that previous providers never considered. Christina is incredibly personable and friendly. She listens with genuine empathy, and you never feel rushed. She treats you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. I wholeheartedly recommend her to all my friends who are navigating midlife health concerns. I’ve made her my primary care provider and appreciate that she can refer me to specialists within my insurance network. The choice was easy once I experienced the exceptional level of care and support she offers.”
